  • What were you doing when the error or problem began?
  • At what point when you were doing the above activity did things seem to go wrong?
  • Leave us your 12 digit registration number (for those with multiple systems, leave the number from the one giving you errors).  You can find this number under the New Evaluation button on the main BrainPaint® screen.

Prepare your computer for technical support by doing the following:

  • Leave your BrainPaint® computer on and connected to the internet all night long.
  • Plug your BrainPaint® system into a power source so it doesn’t shut down within an hour.
  • Plug your amplifier into the laptop with sensors in the gray cable.
  • Hold down the CTRL key while pressing the H on the BrainPaint® keyboard. This is called Control-H. The BrainPaint® machine will take over everything from here.
